Learned Advocate Shri Bhandarkar has filed power on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is not pressing part of the relief of the application thereby seeking leave to argue the matter in person. Earlier Advocate Shri N.G. Salao for the petitioner is discharged. This application is disposed of accordingly.

Contempt Petition No.27/2014 :

The petitioner wants to file a substantive affidavit containing all the details for the reason that earlier drafting is in piecemeal. The other side also admits the difficulty in dealing with the piecemeal pleadings.

The petitioner is at liberty to file affidavit containing all the details. Thereafter, the respondent, if want, can file rejoinder.
