A limited prayer has been made in this petition and we are of the view that it can be granted in the interests of justice. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that respondent No.3, the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur shall consider and decide representation dated 16.7.2018 made by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order. 4.

Rule accordingly. No costs.
