We find a half-hearted effort is being made after collecting some data. Petitioners have to consider that data, if necessary collect more data and thereafter approach this Court, if grievance is not redressed. Hence, with liberty to petitioners to approach again, after collecting proper data, we dispose of the present Public Interest Litigation. No costs.
