Considering the nature of directions issued service of notice on respondent nos. 4 to 15 is dispensed with. ii.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos. 1 to 3.

All the petitioners have been appointed as members of the teaching staff at the respondent nos.5 to 15 institution. The grievance of the petitioners is that the proposal seeking approval to their appointment is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Wardha but the same has not been considered.

In aforesaid facts the following order would serve the ends of justice : (a)The respondent no.3/Education Officer (Secondary) shall consider the proposal dated 18-07-2018 that has been moved by the respondent no.4 and take a decision thereon within a period of six weeks of receiving a copy of this

2 wp 7732.23 order. The proposal shall be decided in accordance with the law and the decision be communicated to the petitioners as well as respondent no.2.
