A limited prayer made in this petition is to direct the respondents to grant retiral benefits to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the Notice dated 24.03.2025 issued by him thereby praying for grant of retiral benefits to his client. 3.

Since the issue has not been decided by the respondents authorities, we direct the respondent nos. 4 and 5 to decide the issue raised in the notice dated 24.03.2025 in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.

Decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
