Learned A.P.P. has pointed out that vide paragraph No.7 of the reply, it has been stated that after the investigation, it was found that there was no sufficient evidence, hence, final report in terms of Section 169 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed in the Court of concerned Magistrate.

In view of above statement made by the State, nothing survives in the application, the application stands disposed of.
