2] The trial Court is seeking further time to dispose of Special Civil Suit No. 290/2015 on the ground that though the matter is fixed for final arguments, the High Court has granted stay to the proceedings and, therefore, could not be decided within stipulated time. 3] The learned Counsel for the appellants submits that this Court has stayed the proceedings in Writ Petition No. 889/2025.
