Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner had earlier committed murder of his father-in-law and thereafter when he was released, he has again committed the murder of his brother, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. The same is rejected.

Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1500/-.
