While deciding L.A.C. No.827 of 2012 against which present appeal is filed, reliance is placed on L.A.C. No.826 of 2012, the appeal filed against which Judgment bearing First Appeal St.No.21567 of 2017 is already dismissed by this Court today. That being so, present appeal also fails. Hence, the same is dismissed.
