DATED : NOVEMBER 15, 2019 Having heard Shri Dable, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Shri Puranik, learned Counsel for the respondent no.3 Nagpur Improvement Trust, we are not satisfied that a case is made out for interference.

The challenge is to the notice of demolition of construction. The civil suits are filed by some of the petitioners. The petitioners are unsuccessful in getting the order of injunction. The application for temporary injunction was rejected by the trial Court in the month of March 2019, but no further appeal, revision or writ petition was preferred and now the present petition is handed over across the Bench and stay is asked for to the
