In short, it is his contention that request for regularization of his plot has been rejected by the respondent Authorities though other similar circumstanced, persons were extended the benefit of regularization.

He also submits that he has submitted detailed representation to the respondent no.12, which is still not decided.

Accordingly, we hereby direct the respondent no.12 to decide the representation dated 27.05.2025 within ten weeks from today.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of this order passed today, before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision, if any, taken, be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
