This application is for grant of further time to deposit costs of rupees fifteen thousand as per order dated 3/9/2019 passed by this Court. The record reveals that by passing conditional order dated 3/9/2019, application for quashing of First Information Report No.341/2018 was allowed subject to applicants paying costs of rupees fifteen thousand within two weeks from the date of the order.

For the grounds mentioned in the

0701appp1810.19 2/2 application, the application is allowed and applicants are directed to deposit the said amount on or before 10/1/2020.

In view of above, Criminal Application No.1919/2019 for paying additional amount is not pressed by the learned Counsel for the applicants. The same is disposed of accordingly.
