Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Though the prayer is made to direct the respondents to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner with a request to cancel the CL-III license, the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of hearing has pointed out further development. He has brought our attention to the order dated 07.10.2025 passed by the respondent-Collector, Yavatmal. According to him, by way of the said order the proceedings are now "filed". The learned counsel states that since the order is vague, he is not in a position to challenge the same. 3.

We have gone through the order passed by the respondentCollector. The said order though may not be clear, it impliedly speaks that the request made by the petitioner for cancellation of CL-III licence is rejected.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner can challenge the said order before the appropriate Authority.

With this observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
