Gyanchandani has submitted that he has tried to establish contact with the appellants, but he could not succeed in it, and therefore, seeks one week to take the instructions from the appellants. On perusal of the notes in the Farad Sheet dated 12/08/2025, denotes that notices were issued to the appellants for the engagement of another Counsel were served on them; despite the said fact, they remained absent.

In view of the statement of Shri.

Gyanchandani, by way of last chance, two weeks' time is granted to take the instructions or file the Vakalatnama on behalf of the appellants, if he deems it appropriate, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution without further reference to the Court. If anybody appears on behalf of the appellants and takes the steps, then the matter will be listed on 09/09/2025.
