This is an application for pre-arrest bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent, perused the recitals of the FIR and other investigation papers from which it reveals that a 27 years old man has restrained the victim girl when she was proceeding to the school and sexually harassed her by using very filthy language. Considering the allegation of the applicant, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per rule.
