Heard.

Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.800 of 2018, registered by the non-applicant against the applicant for the offences punishable under Sections 65(a) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act read with Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail.

The facts on record show that the crime is registered against the applicant on the statement of coaccused Pravin Parate who was arrested along with the stock of liquor and the vehicle. The accusations against the accused are that they were illegally transporting the liquor to Durgapur, District : Chandrapur where sale of liquor is prohibitted.

The applicant, aged about 23 years, claims to be a contractor working with Western Coalfields Limited. The applicant has stated that any other crime/ offence is not registered against him.

2 aba727.18 Considering the facts of the case, following order is passed :

In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.800 of 2018, registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs. Fifty Thousand and furnishing one solvent surety for Rs.Twenty Thousand.

The application is allowed in the above terms. CRI.APPLN.NO. 1722/2018.

In view of disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, the application praying for grant of time to submit typed copy and certified copy of FIR does not survive, hence, it is disposed.
