By order dated 26th September, 2018 this Court granted interim protection to the applicants, accepting statement made on their behalf that amount of Rs.3,55,000/- would be deposited within two weeks. The applicants have deposited Rs.2,05,000/- and have filed application praying for grant of two months time to deposit the amount of Rs.1,50,000/-.

Though in the face of order dated 26th September, 2018, prayer made in this application cannot be granted, however, as the applicants have deposited amount of Rs.2,05,000/-, one more opportunity is granted to the applicants to show their bona fides. If the applicants deposit amount of Rs.75,000/- till 1st November, 2018, the interim protection shall continue until further orders. If the applicants fail to deposit Rs.75,000/- till 1st November,

2 appp1723.18 2018, the interim protection granted by order dated 26th September, 2018 shall cease to operate from 2nd November, 2018 and the investigating agency will be at liberty to proceed further against the applicants. Criminal application is allowed accordingly.
