Dated : 4 th March, 2015 The challenge in this petition is to the communications dated 23-1-2014 and 27-1-2014 directing holding of enquiry has been held to be premature by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Amravati, by his order dated 21-5-2014. Hence, this petition is preferred.

The Divisional Joint Registrar has held that the challenge is premature. Hence, I do not find any reason to interfere in such order.

The petition is dismissed.
