Looking to the nature of allegations against the applicant and looking to the fact that for the first time such an offence is registered against him, I think, following order would subserve the ends of justice.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.684/2015 is allowed.

(ii) Applicant-Abdul Mazid Sheikh s/o Ahmed Sheikh, in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.6332/2015 registered with Police Station, Ramnagar, Dist. Chandrapur for an offence punishable under Section 65(E) of the Bombay Prohibition Act, be released on bail on he executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall attend Police Station, Ramnagar, Chandrapur as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
