Limited prayer is made to direct the respondents to decide the application of the petitioner regarding grant of occupancy right.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to communication dated 03.10.2023 issued by respondent no. 3 Tahsildar, Gadchiroli thereby praying to direct respondent no.2 to act on the aforesaid communication. 4.

Since the prayer made is innocuous, we hereby direct the concern respondent authority to act on the communication dated 03.10.2023 issued by Tahsildar, Gadchiroli, within eight weeks from today.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of this order passed today, before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision, if any, taken, be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
