This is an application filed by the applicant-victim to add him as a party respondent in the present appeal. Heard both the sides. Perused the application. It is submitted by the applicant that the matter between the accused and the victim is settled amicably and he prays for compounding of the offences.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The applicant is allowed to add as a party respondent. The applicant is allowed to carry out the amendment in the present appeal forthwith.
