Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend prayer clause to add challenge to order dated 07-02-2024 passed by the trial Court on Exhibit-68 in Regular Civil Suit No.83/2015. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed on record an additional affidavit dated 06-09-2025 stating therein that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the Court fees as per the valuation determined by the trial Court vide order dated 07-02-2024 and on instructions submits that the Court fees will be paid within a period of four weeks from today. It is pointed out that in view of this readiness on the part of the petitioner, the grievance raised in the petition does not survive. 4.
