Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. His contention is that the encroachment though was standing has not been removed by taking communication dated 07.06.2024 issued by the Collector, Wardha to the Tahsildar, to its logical end.

Be that as it may, since there is a communication dated 07.06.2023 issued by the Collector, Wardha to the Tahsildar, we direct the respondentTahsildar to act on the aforesaid communication within period of ten weeks from the date of production of copy of this order before him. 3.
