Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. The respondent no.1/Owner is no more. The application is for condonation of delay of only 26 days in filing the appeal against the Award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur in M.A.C.P. No.77/2014.
