Akola in view of the interim order dated 05/07/2023 passed in Writ Petition No.4149/2023. 2) Since the Writ Petition No.4149/2023 has been withdrawn today, the impediment to the Z. P. Akola to release the amount of the petitioners in these petitions do not survive. The petitions are therefore disposed by directing Z. P. Akola to take steps for release of the amounts due and payable to the petitioners within a period of three weeks from today, if there is no other impediment in law to do so.
