The parties have placed on record pursis duly signed by them and their learned counsel. The same is taken on record and marked as Document No.A for identification.

In the said pursis, it has been stated that the petitioner has been paid an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- by way of cheque dated 09.07.2019. It is further stated that on receiving that amount, the petitioner would have no grievance with regard to the order passed by the College Tribunal in the appeal preferred by the petitioner. The petitioner as well as the respondents are present in Court today. In that view of the matter, the present proceedings are dropped. Needless to state that this settlement is subject to the cheque given to the petitioner being honoured. JUDGE APTE
