Heard Shri R.L. Khapre, learned Counsel for the applicants, Mrs. B.H. Dangre, learned Government Pleader for respondent no.1 and Shri P. Thakare, learned Counsel for respondent no.5. 2.

Learned Government Pleader as also other respondents are opposing addition. However, during hearing we find that the applicants are infact being benefited, and therefore, there is no difference in their position and position of petitioners before this Court. Hence, subject to payment of court fees, per head, if not already paid, we allow the present application. Applicant nos. 1 to 8 are allowed to be added as

Order 2201caw2567.15 petitioners. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

If respondents want to file any additional reply, they shall file the same within next one week. Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
