The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent/Wakf Board to frame a Scheme as contemplated under Section 69 of the Wakf Act, 1995.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 states that the Scheme as contemplated under Section 69 of the said Act would be completed within a period of six months from today. In view of the afore-mentioned statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
