For the reasons stated in the application, the applicant - Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation (V.I.D.C.) being proper party, is permitted to file Appeal against the judgment and Award dated 11.09.2017 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No. 873 of 2012. Application stands disposed of accordingly. Civil Application St. No. 23801 of 2018 for condonation of delay be registered.
