Shri Wankhede, the learned counsel for the nonapplicant-V.I.D.C., states that the Corporation would not have any objection for the prayer made in the application as the prayer is made in consonance with the judgment, dated 23.10.2015.

In view of the aforesaid, the prayer made in the application is granted. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount, as sought. The civil application is disposed of accordingly.
