DATED : 23.06.2025 .

Perused the letter dated 16/06/2025 and record. It appears that vide judgment and order dated 15/10/2024, this Court has directed the Tribunal to dispose of the petition as early as possible within six months. However, the matter is still pending, and the learned Member of the MACP and District Judge-3, Chandrapur, has submitted a letter seeking a sixmonth extension for the disposal of the said petition. 2.

Considering the reasons stated in the letter as well as the fact that the matter has been pending since 2016, by way of last chance, six months' time is granted to dispose of the petition.

3.

It is made clear that no further time will be granted.

4.

Inform the learned Court immediately.

JUDGE Jayashree....
