This is an application moved by the respondent No.3 for permission to file documents.

The petitioner in person is opposing the application on the ground that some of the documents were not before the Reference Court. However, he failed to point out what prejudice would be caused to him if such permission is granted.

As far as objection is concerned that some of the documents were not before the Reference Court, the said fact can be pointed out by the petitioner at the time of final disposal of the writ petition. Thereupon, this Court may decide whether to rely upon such documents or not. 4.

In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in the objection. Since, allowing the respondent

2 16-WP1559-2018 No.3 to file documents on record will not cause any prejudice to the petitioner, the application needs to be allowed.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed. No order as to costs.
