Present application is for grant of bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 3.
The entire case is based one eye witness who is a child. At this stage, there is a material against the present applicant to connect him with the alleged offence, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. 4.
Learned Counsel seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh, if trial is not commenced within six months.

Considering the submission the learned trial Court shall expedite the trial and shall make endeavour to conclude it within one year. If trial is not commenced within six months the applicant is at liberty to file application for bail.
