DATE : APRIL 29, 2016 By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to decide the applications/proposals of the petitioner dated 10.02.2006 and 18.02.2006 within a time frame. According to the petitioner, though the petitioner has made applications to the respondents for grant of permanent leasehold rights to the petitioner over the concerned property on 10.02.2006 and 18.02.2006, the respondents have not decided the applications till date.
Smt. Kulkarni, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents states on instruction from the Sub Divisional Officer and the Collector's office that no such applications are pending in the office of the respondents. It is stated that if the petitioner makes a fresh application, it could be decided, in accordance with law.
Shri Sharma, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that an application would be filed by the petitioner within a period of one month.
If the application is made by the petitioner within a period of one month, the respondent no.2-Collector, Buldana should decide the same, in accordance with law within a period of four months. Order accordingly. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE kahale
