ORDER

(Passed on 17thMarch, 2019) Shri Ravindrakumar Varhade, Executive Engineer, Lower Wardha Project Divn, Wardha is present.

The appellant has tendered pursis today, which is marked as "X" for identification. The instant appeal is covered under the Government Regulations dated 3rdNovember, 2016 and 23rd February, 2017 and therefore, the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms of pursis Exh. 'X'. No Costs. The remaining amount of Rs. 11,62,498 (Rupees Eleven Lacs, Sixty Two Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Eight only) shall be deposited by the appellant before the Reference Court within three months from the date of Award.

The respondents/claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, if deposited in the Reference Court, alongwith accrued interest.
