Heard.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 states that the issue arising in the Second Appeal is covered by the decision in the case of Prakash Vs. Phulwati [2016 (1) Mh.L.J. 1], rendered by the Supreme Court.

In that view of the matter, though the appeal is of

the year 2013, application for early hearing is allowed. Add this Second Appeal to the final hearing board from the week commencing 21st March, 2016.
