DATED :- 05/02/2021 This is an application for stay to the impugned judgment of the Family Court dated 18/09/2018 passed by the learned Family Court No.2, Nagpur in Petition No. A-995/2015, whereby the decree for divorce on the ground of cruelty was granted in favour of the respondent.

Considering the controversy in issue and taking into consideration the fact that this Court vide order Dated 16/10/2018 has granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (i) of the application, we deem it appropriate to allow the present application in terms of prayer clause (i), stay shall operate during the pendancy of Family Court Appeal No.71/2018. The civil application is disposed of.
