DATE : 14/10/2021 Learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed Pursis, on instructions, based upon an undertaking dated 18/8/2021 placed before the learned Family Court, whereby the petitioner, upon the assurance given that the proceedings before the Family Court shall be finally decided within three months, has agreed to deposit the entire arrears of maintenance @ Rs.4,000/-, as granted by the learned Family Court before the final judgment, in view of which, Shri Deshpande, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition. The writ petition is therefore disposed of as not pressed. No order as to costs.
