JANUARY 22, 2016 It is not in dispute that 25 Kg. Ganja was being transported in an auto-rickshaw and applicant was in the auto-rickshaw. Thus, she was carrying the narcotic. There is a clear cut case against the applicant. That apart, the trial Court has indicated in the other case that the trial will commence within a period of three months i.e. before April-2015. In that view of the matter, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.959/2015 is rejected.

(ii) The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and complete the same by April, 2016.
