The impugned order dated 24.9.2018 is, without any doubt, an unreasoned order which is an anathema of principle of rule of law and

wp194.2020.odt principle of natural justice. The petition is, therefore, allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The matter is remanded back to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for fresh decision, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal on 29th September, 2021. Rule accordingly. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Tambaskar.
