Mr.S.D.Chande, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not impart complete instructions and hence, the petition came to be filed challenging advertisement dt.20.7.2012. However, challenge should have been to advertisement no.1 of 2014 and therefore, the petition needs to be amended. The learned Counsel further states that he is awaiting more instructions from the petitioners about further progress of recruitment process. He also points out that, as of today, the petitioners are continuing in employment. He, therefore, seeks leave to file same petition on the same cause. Mr.N.R.Rode, learned A.G.P. is opposing grant of any liberty. Considering the fact that the petitioners claim to be in service as on today, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty, as prayed for.
