By Pursis No.8066 of 2019, the petitioner has submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by respondent no.1 by passing an order dated 18.06.2019 and thereby granted approval to the services of the petitioner since 01.07.1995 and also considered the services of the petitioner with effect from 01.07.1995. 3.

Considering the contents in the pursis, the petition stands disposed of, being rendered infructuous. 4.

Pending application i.e. Civil Application (CAW) No.940 of 2017 is also disposed of.
