D ATE : OCTOBER 10, 2025 This is an application for restoration of the writ petition of which registration was refused for non-removal of Office objections. 2.

The counsel for the applicants submits that after the petition was filed, the objections were notified. However, the counsel and his clerk failed to take note of the same and as a result of the conditional order, the registration of the writ petition came to be refused. He submits that now the applicants are ready to remove the Office objections.

Considering the averments made and submissions advanced, the miscellaneous civil application is allowed subject to the payment of costs of Rupees Three Thousand to the Library, Office of the Government Pleader, High Court, Nagpur within a period of one week from today. The order dated 15.09.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is set aside. The applicants-petitioners are directed to remove the Office objections within a period of two weeks. (PRAFULLA S.
