Learned counsel for the petitioner states that orders dated 13th of January, 2016 in Writ Petition No.404 of 2015 can safely be made applicable in the present matter. He states that the applicant/petitioner has applied for mutation in prescribed format.

Learned AGP has appeared for respondent nos.1 and 2. Respondent no.3 has been joined in person. She further submits that appropriate reply has been filed by respondent nos.1 and 2 in the writ petition.

If petitioner is ready and willing to apply in proper format, we do not find it necessary to go into merits of the controversy. If petitioner submits necessary application as per G.R. dated 15th of July, 2010, within period of four weeks from today, the competent authority shall look into the same and decide it as per law, at the earliest.
