There are cross appeals. The applicant has just about reaching to the category of the senior citizen. However, considering the fact that there are cross appeals, I am of the view that this application can be granted.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. It is directed that the appeal be placed in the list of matter for final hearing in the category of senior citizens in the order of seniority vis-a-vis all appellants, who are senior citizens and whose appeals have been expedited for final hearing. Paperbook be filed within four weeks from the date of the order. The application is disposed of.
