As per orders of this Court dated 04.07.2016, Advocate Shri Prashant Yawale, appointed as a Mediator has submitted his report dated 28.07.2016 pointing out that the controversy is amicably settled between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the non-applicant no.2 accepts the settlement.

The settlement is signed on each page by the applicant no.1 and non-applicant no.2 and on last page by their counsel also. In view of this settlement and joint statement made by the learned counsel today accepting the compromise in terms of the settlement before the Mediator, we make Rule absolute accordingly in the Criminal Application.
