1] The learned Advocate for the petitioner points out an earlier order passed by this Court on 13.01.2020 in similar matters which reads as under:

2] After a pass over, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that these petitions may be permitted to be withdrawn so as to place the order of the EPF Appellate Tribunal dated 21.12.2015 before the Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition Nos.3534/2010, 3722/2010, 3531/2010 and 232/2010.

3] Considering the above request, these petitions are disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the parties are kept open.

2] It is submitted that the same order could be

3] In view of the above, and for the reasons set out in the order dated 13.01.2010 in Writ Petition No.7227/2017 to 7230/2017, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to place the order dated 21.12.2015 before the Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No.3494/2010.
