Learned counsel for applicant submits that after passing of the order dated 05.08.2022, by learned Sessions Court, rejecting the application filed by the applicant seeking regular bail, the charge-sheet has been filed. Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the trial Court on the ground of change in the circumstance.

Permission is granted.
