Considering the averments made and as the petitioner, who was in service for more than 21 years, received termination order dated 24.06.2014 because of the disability suffered during service i.e. on 07.07.2012. Therefore, in view of the specific provisions of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights & Full Participation) Act, 1995 the petitioner filed complaint under Section 59 and the same is pending since 03.09.2014. Therefore, by keeping all the points open and in the interest of justice, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the respondents concerned to decide the representation/ complaint of the petitioner, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within four months. The petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty. No costs.
