No. 24568of 2014: Prayer is to restore the second appeal as its registration was refused for non removal of office objections. Considering reasons stated the order refusing registration is revoked. However, time to pay costs of Rs. 500/- to the High Court Legal Aid Service Sub Committee within a period of four weeks. Objections if any be removed within a period of 4 weeks from today. If aforesaid directions are not complied with the earlier order refusing registration shall revive. M.Civil application is allowed and disposed of.
